Hours of operation:
Monday - Friday (school open days): 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays extended hours: 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 12:00 noon - 4:00 p.m.

(regular Society meeting is at 5:00 p.m. same day)
SLAVE LAKE LIBRARY DONATIONS:
As a member of the La Crete Library Society I want to let you know how the Slave Lake Library is progressing after the fire and also inform you on how you can help, if you so choose.
The brand new Slave Lake Library was destroyed by the fire. To date about ten thousand books (amounting to about ½ of their lost collection) have been donated to the library. These books are presently in storage awaiting the setting up of the newly located library.
At this point the library would prefer cash donations to the library because, while they REALLY APPRECIATE the book donations, the librarian now needs to use cash to purchase specific books and genres that have not been covered by the donated books.
